Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms & Conditions of Sale define the conditions under which Galerie Marel offers for sale, both remotely and offline, vintage or collectible furniture, objects and lighting (the “Products”). The website is intended to present Products and facilitate contact with the seller.

2. Products

Products are, by nature, old and may show signs of use, patina, wear or imperfections, which are normal and assumed. Product pages present essential characteristics. Photographs aim to be as faithful as possible; exact rendering may vary across screens.

3. Orders

Orders are confirmed in writing (email) and become final only after written confirmation by Galerie Marel (availability, final price, delivery/collection terms).

4. Prices

Prices are in euros, VAT included. Packaging, transport and delivery costs are not included and are subject to a separate quotation approved by the client prior to finalizing the sale.

6. Delivery / collection

Transport terms are defined case-by-case. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery is curbside/doorstep only, without installation. The client must verify dimensions and access constraints prior to confirming the order.

7. Right of withdrawal

As a rule, clients have fourteen (14) days from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal, under applicable law. Return, packaging and transport costs are borne exclusively by the client. Products must be returned in their shipped condition; depreciation beyond necessary handling may lead to a deduction within legal limits.

10. Retention of title

Galerie Marel retains ownership of Products until full payment is received.
