Galerie Marel is a gallery specializing in 20th-century decorative arts — a period marked by freedom, experimentation, and innovation. Industrial techniques allowed designers and craftsmen to explore new materials, rethink forms, and challenge conventions; design became a way to express new ideas, as much as a response to the needs of everyday life.

Today, I source pieces across Europe — from Denmark to Italy — selecting objects that stand out for their form, function, and decorative qualities. Some are iconic, others lesser-known. What they share is a singular presence and a distinct aesthetic.
